Through integrating Christine Doubleday's career course videos and activities into our virtual learning environment, our apprentices are provided with a thought-provoking framework and short tasks to create a career design statement.  They get to articulate what career success means to them in incremental steps.  This can then be discussed with their Talent Coaches and revisited later in the programme.    The reason the video content resonates so well is because of Christine.  She's a compassionate and authentic speaker, who shares her career and coaching expertise with great warmth.
